HONG KONG, Nov. 28, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Prudential Hong Kong extends its heartfelt condolences to the residents and families affected by the fire incident at Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po. We remain committed to providing practical support during this difficult time.

Prudential announces a total commitment of HK$20 million to support relief efforts for Wang Fuk Court and impacted customers. This includes a donation of HK$10 million to the "Support Fund for Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po" set up by the HKSAR Government, reinforcing our support for emergency response, disaster relief, and recovery efforts. In addition, Prudential will provide a one-off relief payment of HK$10,000 to each customer* residing in Wang Fuk Court, amounting to HK$10 million in total to help them navigate this challenging situation.

Prudential will continue working closely with partners to deliver timely, practical assistance to the community and our customers.

*Customers include policyholders of (1) Life, (2) Personal Accident, (3) Home & Fire, 4) Domestic Helper, or (5) Individual Medical.
