Debt Clinic revised criteria to cover debtors with bad debt status

The Bank of Thailand’s Debt Relief Clinic is extending its coverage to include debtors with bad debt status before February 1, 2023, due to the ongoing debt problems concentrated in credit card products and personal loans. Guidelines are being developed to better help solve these debt problems, and interested individuals can follow project news or apply through various channels. The new criteria will take effect starting February 20, 2023.
