BEIJING, March 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Farmers are busy pollinating cherry blossoms in the cherry greenhouses of Qicun Town, Shizhong District in Zaozhuang City, east China’s Shandong Province, paving the way for a bumper harvest this year.
The district has scaled up greenhouse cherry cultivation by adopting a "cooperative + farmer" model, which has significantly improved management efficiency and boosted farmers’ incomes.
The agricultural department of Shizhong District has introduced advanced pollination techniques and high-quality cherry varieties such as Huangmi and Meizao.
