Under the new agreement, United Warehouse Management Limited will construct two additional medium-sized warehouses adjacent to its current facilities. This expansion will increase the overall storage capacity and enhance the company’s operational flexibility to accommodate a wider range of storage and logistics services.
The company confirmed that all three existing warehouses have been fully operational, with steady occupancy and a high renewal rate among key clients.
