Under the "Power Eco Family" brand, ROHM offers comprehensive power semiconductor technologies and solutions that contribute to building a sustainable ecosystem. In recent years, the use of electricity has been accelerating across various fields such as electric vehicles and energy harvesting, with power systems integrated into these applications, which need to improve performance by increasing efficiency, achieving miniaturization, and reducing weight. Consequently, power semiconductors must meet higher performance requirements and withstand harsh environments by specifically providing fast switching speeds, low losses, and superior heat dissipation. In addition, the application scope of power semiconductors continues to expand, increasing demand. ROHM has accumulated extensive expertise and technological advancements in the power semiconductor sector, including becoming the world’s first\* to successfully mass-produce SiC (silicon carbide) MOSFETs.
