EXIM Thailand Participates in a Seminar for Sharing Experience on Implementing TQA

Dr. Benjarong Suwankiri of Export-Import Bank of Thailand was a speaker at a seminar titled “The 21st TQA Winner Conference Achieving Performance Excellence for Corporate Sustainability.” He was awarded the 2022 Thailand Quality Class Plus Award in the Customer Category. Suwankiri spoke about how EXIM Thailand is using the TQA framework to level up business management capabilities throughout the value chain with customer centricity. The bank aims to enhance the competitiveness of Thai entrepreneurs globally and promote organization management excellence according to TQA guidelines. The seminar was hosted by the Office of the TQA, Thailand Productivity Institute, Ministry of Industry on May 19, 2023, at the Holiday Inn Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit.
