IT personnel development – Bangkok Bank Senior Executive Vice President Suteera Sripaibulya and Senior Executive Vice President, IT Division Manager, Kukkong Ruckphaopunt, signed an MOU with Prof. Dr. Supot Teachavorasinskun, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University, to jointly promote the personnel development and knowledge transfer of technology and digital innovations to students in the Computer Engineering and Digital Technology (CEDT) program in support of the technology labor market while simultaneously increasing the country’s economic competitiveness with digital technology. Bangkok Bank Senior Vice President Sorakrit Phruthanontachai and Asst. Prof. Attawith Sudsang, Ph.D., Head of the Department of Computer Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University, joined the event as witnesses at Suan Ruam Jai Meeting Room 1, Engineering Building 3, Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University.

In its role as a ‘trusted partner’, Bangkok Bank is committed to being a leader in innovation by implementing a digital banking strategy that emphasizes the application of technology to create and develop products and services to meet the financial and lifestyle needs of customers. The Bank offers CEDT students the opportunity to participate in workshops and take part in work experience with the Bank’s expert team throughout the complete software design and development process, including the use of design thinking concepts to develop skills and expand knowledge. The program aims to provide students with the skills and knowledge needed to become tech talent who can effectively fill the technology labor market’s high demand for skilled professionals.
