Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited is partnering with Krungthai Bank to offer a second round of “Bangchak Digital Debentures” on the Paotang application. The debentures are worth THB 3 billion and have a fixed interest rate of 3.45%. Thais can invest in the country’s leading refinery business with a minimum investment of THB 10,000. The subscription period is from October 30 to November 1, 2023, on a first-come, first-served basis. The debentures are accessible through the Paotang application, which allows for 24-hour real-time transactions. The issuance has a credit rating of “A” and is expected to be well-received based on the success of the previous issuance. The funds raised will be used for sustainable growth and efficiency. This collaboration aims to promote fair and equal access to financial and investment services and contribute to economic growth. Interested individuals can register their Digital Debenture Wallet on the Paotang application.
