Fraser Property Limited’s CEO, Mr. Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, has signed an office leasing contract with Baker McKenzie Ltd. The law firm will be occupying a 10,000 sqm space in Office Tower 4 at One Bangkok, becoming the first in Thailand to sign a “Green Lease” contract, emphasizing sustainability and environmental responsibility. The deal aims to uplift office leasing practices by setting sustainability goals from the design phase to operations. Baker McKenzie plans to create a green office space with energy and water efficiency, waste reduction, and eco-friendly materials. The office will be completed by the fourth quarter of 2024, with a focus on creating a healthy and productive environment for employees. One Bangkok, a development with five premium office buildings, is designed with state-of-the-art technology and amenities to prioritize the well-being of occupants. It recently received several certifications for its technological excellence and sustainability standards.
