Bangkok, 15 October 2025 – The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) received the Global Leadership Award 2025 for Industry Excellence in Tourism Innovation at the 13th Global Leadership Awards (GLA). Held at the Mandarin Oriental Bangkok, the event celebrated leaders from diverse industries who exemplify creativity and positive impact.
Ceremony Highlights
Her Royal Highness Princess Ubolratana led the ceremony, honoring achievements in business, technology, and more. This marked the first GLA in Thailand, emphasizing Bangkok’s role in global leadership. Representing TAT, Governor Ms. Thapanee Kiatphaibool received the award, promoting Thailand as a Land of Opportunities through sustainable tourism.
