On April 28, 2025, the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) hosted the Amazing Thailand Health & Wellness Trade Meet in Bangkok, attracting 100 international buyers. This one-day event showcased Thailand’s diverse health and wellness offerings at The Ritz-Carlton, fostering collaboration among over 50 local businesses.

Mrs. Chiravadee Khunsub, TAT’s Deputy Governor, emphasized the event’s role in promoting Thailand as a premier health and wellness destination, aligned with the Amazing Thailand Grand Tourism and Sports Year 2025 initiative. Buyers from various global markets highlighted the increasing interest in Thailand’s wellness sector.

The event featured a sector update and a Wellness Talk by Dr. Tanupol Virunhagarun, who showcased Thailand’s potential as a global wellness hub. Attendees participated in traditional wellness experiences and explored offerings like integrative medicine and spa treatments from notable wellness resorts, aiming to attract high-value wellness tourists to Thailand.
