Bangkok Bank joins the National Blood Center of the Thai Red Cross Society to organize a mobile...

 

Bangkok Bank President Chartsiri Sophonpanich led a team of Bank executives and staff to donate blood to emphasize the Bank’s status as a trusted partner and to continue its mission to give back to society. Bangkok Bank, in collaboration with the National Blood Center of the Thai Red Cross Society, organized a mobile blood donation unit for the first quarter of 2022 at the Silom Head Office. The event collected 176 units of blood or 70,400 cc, enough to save 528 lives.

The Bank’s quarterly mobile blood donation has been organized for 26 consecutive years and over this period collected a total of over 16 million cc of blood, which is enough to save more than 130,000 lives. The Bank’s executives and staff have regularly joined the activity.
