Bangkok Bank wishes to apologize for any inconvenience caused by its planned temporary closure of services for system maintenance to enhance service efficiency. This will take place on Sunday, August 6, 2023 from 03:00 a.m. to 06:00 a.m. Customers of Bangkok Bank and other banks will be unable to access Bangkok Bank services during the times indicated below:

  • Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking
  • Bualuang iBanking
  • BIZ iBanking
  • Banking Agent
  • Bualuang Phone
  • SMS services
  • Funds Transfer, Deposits and Bill Payments from other banks to Bangkok Bank accounts
  • e-Wallet , Be Wallet and QR Payment services
  • BeMerchant
  • BeMerchant NextGen
  • Bualuang ATMs, CDMs and CDM/ATMs’ services will be temporarily unavailable to Bangkok Bank’s credit card and debit card holders. The unavailable services include: applying for Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking, Bualuang iBanking and Direct Debit registration. However, Bualuang ATMs, CDMs and CDM/ATMs’ services will be available as usual to cards from other banks.
  • Fleet Card and Credit Card holders will not be able to use their card for making transactions via all electronic channels of Bangkok Bank and other banks in Thailand and overseas.
  • Bangkok Bank Debit Card and Prepaid Card
  • Corporate iCash (cannot be used to view statements)
  • Bualuang e-Guarantee
  • Bualuang iSupply

    However, Bualuang ATMs, Cash Deposit Machines and Passbook Update Machines’ services will remain available as normal.
