The cooperation began in 2025, with YR developing customized equipment around LeFit’s operating requirements. LeFit operates more than 2,000 gyms across 50 cities, built around a 24-hour, digitally managed fitness model.

Rather than supplying only standard catalog products, YR worked with LeFit on dedicated product optimization based on the chain’s most-used equipment and operating experience.
The development focused on practical requirements including stable daily performance, durability, simplified maintenance and efficient installation.
YR also supports delivery and installation, helping reduce the number of steps operators need to coordinate when opening or upgrading locations.
