BEIJING, Nov. 28, 2025 /PRNewswire/ –‌ A news report from CRI Online:

Weihai has introduced two new regulatory documents: the "Weihai Guidelines for Enterprise Name Registration Management" and the "Weihai Implementation Rules for Enterprise Name Dispute Resolution." These measures mark a significant step in standardizing business name administration and establishing an efficient dispute resolution mechanism.

As a provincial-level pilot city for institutional innovation in enterprise name registration, Weihai has become the first in Shandong Province to achieve full-chain management of business name registration and efficient resolution of naming disputes. The reforms provide valuable practical experience for similar regulatory improvements across the province.

The new policies, jointly issued by the Weihai Administrative Approval Service Bureau and the Weihai Market Supervision Administration, represent a breakthrough in creating a more standardized and business-friendly registration environment.
