Built around Titomic’s TKF™ 1000 high-pressure cold spray platform, the turnkey system will integrate industrial robotic automation, powder and gas management, process monitoring, safety systems and real-time quality verification. The capability is designed to support depot-level manufacturing and sustainment applications including component repair, dimensional restoration, corrosion and wear protection, additive manufacturing, hybrid manufacturing and multi-material deposition. The program will be supported by Titomic USA from its Huntsville, Alabama operations and represents a significant expansion of Titomic’s role in the U.S. defense sustainment market. "With this award for the installation and commissioning of a TKF™ high-pressure cold spray system at Tinker Air Force Base, Titomic joins the capability suite of the largest U.S. Air Force MRO facility in the nation," said Jim Simpson, Managing Director & CEO at Titomic Limited.
