NEW YORK, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — The following statement is being issued by Kroll Restructuring Administration and Raymond Chabot Inc. regarding the Asbestos Corporation Limited insolvency proceedings.

With less than one month remaining before the September 10, 2026 Claims Bar Date, anyone with an asbestos-related claim against ACL, including heirs and representatives of deceased individuals exposed to asbestos mined by ACL, must file a Proof of Claim. If you miss this deadline, you could lose your right to seek compensation from ACL and certain related parties, including General Dynamics Corporation and its affiliates.

This deadline also covers other non-asbestos-related claims against ACL and/or its directors and officers.

Anyone who believes they may have a claim is encouraged to review their eligibility and submit the required documentation as soon as possible.
