(the "Company") (Nasdaq: STAK), a fast-growing company specializing in the research, development, manufacturing, and sale of oilfield-specialized production and maintenance equipment, today announced the closing of its initial public offering (the "Offering") of 1,250,000 ordinary shares at a public offering price of US$4.00 per ordinary share. The ordinary shares began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on February 26, 2025, under the ticker symbol "STAK." The Company received aggregate gross proceeds of US$5 million from the Offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and other related expenses. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 187,500 ordinary shares, representing 15% of the ordinary shares sold in the Offering, at the public offering price less underwriting discounts. The Offering was conducted on a firm commitment basis. Kingswood Capital Partners, LLC acted as the representative of the underwriters. A registration statement on Form F-1 relating to the Offering was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") (File Number: 333-283258), as amended, and was declared effective by the SEC on February 25, 2025.
