Following stops in Washington, D.C., Las Vegas, İstanbul, Budapest, London, Maui and Singapore, the tour arrives in Shanghai, bringing father and son together at a defining succession moment for Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group.
When Wolfgang Puck opened Spago in 1982, he introduced a new style of cooking that would become known as California cuisine, defined by seasonal ingredients, imaginative cooking and a distinctly Californian spirit. More than four decades later, that philosophy continues across Spago restaurants around the world, with each location drawing inspiration from the ingredients and culture of its surroundings.
Today, that story is entering a new era. In 2025, Byron Lazaroff‑Puck became President of Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group after building his culinary foundation in acclaimed Michelin‑starred kitchens around the world.
