This prestigious competition, organized annually by the Indonesia Contact Center Association (ICCA), provides a platform for contact center practitioners in Indonesia to showcase their best competencies.
This year, The Best Contact Center Indonesia was participated by over 1000 contact center practitioners from 66 renowned companies in Indonesia, including PT Angkasa Pura, Bank Central Asia (BCA), PT PLN (Persero), PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), PT Astra Honda Motor, and Bank Indonesia.

At this event, Andy Gozali also had the opportunity to be a judge for the TBCCI 2023 participants alongside other international judges, namely Malcolm Angell, Contact Centre Business Consultant from Australia, Andrew Chong, Deputy CEO Brandt Business Services from Malaysia, and Sudibyo Susanto from Indonesia.
“The competition was intense, and I am impressed by the participants’ spirit to enhance their skills and efforts to create customer satisfaction. These values are essential for a successful contact center,” added Andy Gozali.
