The list comprises companies across different industries in Singapore, assessed on their ability to demonstrate genuine, measurable innovation across products, processes, technology adoption, and organisational transformation. The recognition by Tech in Asia and Statista reflects a decade of rebuilding. The most important change was in how the Group works: a traditional SME lender became a firm that turns to technology to solve its operational problems. The Group re-engineered core processes to cut manual handoffs and automate routine work and continues to do so. It rebuilt its core lending system and deployed it across all five of its markets.
