Additionally, Fitch upgraded its rating of Phoenix’s senior unsecured notes to ‘B+’ from ‘B’ with a recovery rating of ‘RR4’ and Phoenix’s secured Term Loan B (TLB) to ‘BB’ from ‘BB-‘ with a recovery rating of ‘RR2’.
