Marking Dyna.Ai’s second consecutive shortlist by Hong Kong regulators

SINGAPORE, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Dyna.Ai today announced its selection as a participating technology partner in the first cohort of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenA.I.) Sandbox++, jointly launched by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), the Insurance Authority (IA), and the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA), in collaboration with Cyberport.

Following its participation in the HKMA’s GenAI Sandbox last October, Dyna.Ai’s selection in the newly launched GenA.I. Sandbox++ marks its second consecutive shortlist by Hong Kong financial regulators. While earlier cohorts focused on generative AI banking pilots like voice agents, Sandbox++ expands across banking, insurance, securities, and pension funds, shifting focus to Agentic AI systems that execute complex tasks under real-time governance.

Out of nearly 100 proposals submitted across the region, 36 use cases involving 30 financial institutions and 27 technology providers were selected. Shortlisted institutions include financial leaders such as Bank of China (Hong Kong) and Manulife (International), alongside technology partners like Google, IBM, and Dyna.Ai. Through the sandbox, Dyna.Ai will focus on deploying its production-ready Agentic AI capabilities and governance harnesses, demonstrating how institutions can safely delegate workflow execution to autonomous AI agents while maintaining strict oversight and compliance.

"We’re honoured to be selected once again by the HKMA and its fellow regulators for the inaugural GenA.I. Sandbox++ cohort," said Cynthia Siantar, General Manager of Singapore and Hong Kong at Dyna.Ai. "Over the past year, we’ve seen a significant shift in Hong Kong and across Asia – from simple conversational AI to AI that can execute tasks and take action. That makes governance even more important: autonomy without the right guardrails creates risk. Through Sandbox++, we want to show how financial institutions can use Agentic AI in a way that is practical, responsible and ready to scale."

The HKMA Sandbox++ inclusion marks another milestone in Dyna.Ai’s rapid commercial expansion across major regional markets, following its Series A announcement and a recent joint AI-driven auto insurance sales support pilot testing across Toyota Corolla Kagawa dealerships. Looking ahead, Dyna.Ai is also showcasing its Agentic AI solutions and enterprise governance frameworks alongside regional partners at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (August 31 – September 3).
