The survey conducted by The Straits Times and international market researcher Statista, evaluated feedback from over 10,000 customers in Singapore. These results were based on over 100,000 customer assessments across a wide range of brands. Participants included individuals who had made purchases, used services, or researched products and services within the past three years. Only the top 3 to 5 brands in each category with the highest scores were recognised as Singapore’s Best Customer Service 2025/26. "Service excellence is in our DNA.
