Central Pattana Strengthens Its Status as a Global Leader in Sustainability, Earning Consistent Recognition in the Dow Jones Best-in-Class Indices and Multiple Asia-Level ESG Awards

Central Pattana has launched the Central Pattana Green Growth initiative, investing THB 1.45 billion under a five-year plan (2025-2029) to drive decarbonization. This initiative aims to reduce carbon emissions by 19,073 tCO₂e compared to 2024, fostering collaboration with over 2,400 brands and tenants through Green Partnerships to lessen environmental impacts. A key project, “Central Krabi,” is being developed as Thailand’s first Sustainable Lifestyle Destination, exemplifying the commitment to sustainability. This holistic approach encourages collaboration across various sectors, aiming to establish a sustainable ecosystem that benefits both businesses and the environment, ensuring a greener future for all stakeholders involved.
