Promoting good health – Bangkok Bank, led by Vice President Regional Manager Central Region 3 Mr. Nithirut Siriruchiphat (2nd from left), Assistant Vice President, Health Care Dr. Sripetch Kanjanakeerana (far left) together with a team of doctors, pharmacists, nurses as well as the Bank’s executives and employees, volunteered to support the Medical and Dental Mobile Unit Foundation at the 72nd activity (for the second time in 2024) to provide free medical examinations and dental treatment to more than 1,600 underprivileged Thai and foreign citizens living in the rural area of Ranong Province at the Chaloem Phrakiat 80th Anniversary Building, Ranong Provincial Administrative Organization, Bang Rin Subdistrict, Mueang District, Ranong Province. The team also donated 100,000 baht in cash, 15 wheelchairs, 400 toothbrush and toothpaste sets, and 500 sets of snacks and drinking water. The donations were received by Dr. Rim Kessakorn, Chairman of the Committee of the Medical and Dental MobileUnit Foundation (2nd from right). The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Naris Niramaiwong, Governor of Ranong Province.
As “a trusted partner”, Bangkok Bank wants to support all segments of society in all circumstances, noting the importance of providing people with accessibility to basic health services, by continuously supporting the activities of mobile medical and dental units of the Medical and Dental Mobile Unit Foundation since 2014. In 2024, the Bank has so far provided donations totaling 400,000 baht so that people can have better physical and oral health.
