Jakarta, 16 October 2023 – RevComm has partnered with the Social Security Administrator for Health of Indonesia (BPJS Kesehatan) to centralize membership services. The collaboration is carried out in the Participant Recruitment and Reactivation Service Type (JELITA) program which was officially launched at the Yogyakarta Membership Administration Center Building on Friday, October 6, 2023.
As of October 1, 2023, the National Health Insurance (JKN) Program covers 95.20% of the total Indonesian population. In an effort to expand JKN participation, BPJS Kesehatan has initiated the JELITA program, which focuses on participant recruitment and reactivation. This program is based at the Surakarta Membership Administration Center Building and involves making telephone calls and sending messages to encourage Indonesians to activate or reactivate their JKN membership. BPJS Kesehatan is committed to ensuring that 98% of the population receives health protection through the JKN Program by 2024.
RevComm is supporting the realization of the JELITA program in 2023 by providing MiiTel, an artificial intelligence (AI)-based telephone system service. MiiTel is used by JELITA officers to make outgoing calls to JKN Participants in the Non-Wage worker/independent segment who have registered but have not paid the first contribution. The official direct call number by JELITA officers is 300-30-165, and for messaging, the number appearing is the official BPJS Health number (masking).
“We are pleased to announce that Social Security Administrator for Health of Indonesia (BPJS) started using MiiTel. In Japan, Bureau of Social Welfare and Public Health, Tokyo Metropolitan Government, has been using our services since 2021. We have been expanding our business with the principle of ‘for the society and for people’ in mind, and it is such an honor to be able to contribute to Indonesian society. We will continue to make every effort to improve productivity in Indonesia,” said Takeshi Aida, Founder and CEO RevComm Inc.

In addition to serving as a tool for making outgoing calls through the MiiTel Phone Desktop feature, MiiTel also provides the MiiTel Monitoring (Seat Map) feature. This feature makes it easier for BPJS Kesehatan to monitor outgoing calls made by JELITA officers in real-time. It automatically displays various data, including the history of outgoing call activities, the total number of calls, the total number of connected and unconnected calls, and the number of ongoing calls.
For information, JELITA is one of the five BPJS Health Centralization of Membership Administration, Expansion and Participant Services Programs. These programs include the Participation Administration Service via Whatsapp (PANDAWA) at the number 08118165165, the Centralization of Education and Complaint Handling (SENADA) program, the Liaison Officer BPJS Health Care Center 165 (LOCC 165) program, and the Participation Administration Service Center (SELARAS) program.
This collaboration is RevComm’s effort to support the Government of Indonesia to reach more people to provide affordable healthcare solutions, improve social welfare, and quality of life for Indonesians.
