As part of the partnership, Eurofins Clinical Enterprise will use the DNBSEQ-T7RS™* ("T7"), Complete Genomics’ flagship sequencer, to perform whole genome sequencing, low-pass whole genome sequencing (lpWGS), spatial-resolved transcriptomics, and single-cell sequencing.
